Sound Baths

Join me for a Sunday evening sound bath - a peaceful and mindful way to start your week.  

We will start the session with a gentle meditation which will allow you to get into a relaxed state. Which will be followed by a sound bath.

Self-Care Afternoon

A tranquil afternoon retreat to rejuvenate your body and mind. Experiencing yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and a sound bath. Allowing the natural surroundings and holistic practices to balance your body and mind and restore your inner peace.

Yoga and Breakfast

Join us in the beautiful, light and bright Mayfield Lavender Glasshouse for a morning yoga class. Gentle stretching to awaken your body as well as a moment of peace, relaxation and mindfulness. Followed by a wholesome breakfast.
