Free yoga: Community Spaces

I believe that yoga should be readily available within every community - to help support physical movement, mindfulness and rest. And so I have teamed up with two incredible community heroes.

Ace Accountancy and Epsom and Ewell Families have kindly covered the costs for 3 people to attend free yoga classes for a 6-week block, from Monday, 4th November to Thursday, 12th December.

Classes are on:

​

• Monday evenings in Epsom

• Tuesday mornings in Ewell

• Wednesday evenings in Ewell

• Thursday evenings in Epsom
